On this episode of Thee CrazyFaceUno Podcast we welcome Becky Yaworski. Becky and I first met back in college. It was at Bethel College, now Bethel University, that Becky began studying Sign Language Interpreting. However her desire to be a sign language interpreter started long ago, taking root while she was in elementary school. After becoming discontent with her experience at Bethel, Becky went on to receive her interpreting degree from Columbia University Chicago. Becky’s community at Columbia changed her, opening her eyes to a world of authentic relationships and inclusiveness. Now, still living in Chicago, Becky is a Cubs season ticket holder, an avid runner, and softball coach. All while living out her childhood dream of being a sign language interpreter.
